CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Known for being the biggest talker when customers aren’t around, Chewy is a customer experience specialist and has been for her last three years of life.

Service is our specialty.

At Alleycat, we pride ourselves in being the most knowledgeable mechanics around and enjoy helping others with their bike maintenance needs. What makes us knowledgeable? From wrenching on the T-Mobile road team as racers’ personal mechanics to overhauling forks and shocks throughout the decades of mountain biking, we know a thing or two, our experience spans the gamut.

Suspension service and wheel building are what we enjoy the most. We have all spent the better part of our adult lives learning everything we can about everything two wheels and enjoy sharing our passion with others.
